Information and purposes

We request your name, contact details, city/country and time zone, education and professional background, CV, motivation and case response, language ability and participation constraints. We use this information to review applications, communicate decisions and prepare admitted students for enrollment.

Optional access-support requests are used to discuss participation arrangements.

Do not submit medical records, passport scans, national identification numbers or unrelated sensitive information. Required and optional fields are marked in the application form. We may be unable to review an application without the required information.

Access and service providers Retention

Authorized Academy personnel and designated reviewers may access information needed for their role. Thinkific supports course and account administration; other actual submission, email and live-teaching providers must be identified before publication: [CONFIRM provider names and purposes].

Personal information may be processed outside your country. Before submission, ICM will provide the specific recipients, destination countries, information transferred, purposes, transfer method/timing and retention required by applicable law: [COMPLETE actual processing and transfer schedule]. A generic agreement to this notice does not replace a legally required separate transfer consent.

Retention 

Proposed retention: unsuccessful or withdrawn application records are deleted or anonymized 12 months after the relevant admissions cycle closes, unless a shorter period is legally required or a specific dispute requires limited retention. Admitted applicants receive an enrollment privacy notice covering student, assessment, payment and certificate records.

The retention period is proposed for approval and must match the configured systems. Backups and legally required records follow the disclosed deletion and retention arrangements.

Your choices and requests 

Use the confirmed contact above to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing, or information about other applicable rights. ICM may need to verify your identity proportionately. Withdrawal or deletion may prevent further review where necessary application information is removed.

Application submission does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn through an unsubscribe link or the contact channel. No applicant directory is published.

Required acknowledgment: I have read the ICM Academy Application Privacy Notice.

Where consent is required for collection and use: I consent to the collection and use of the required application information for the stated admissions purposes and published retention period. I understand that refusal may prevent review of my application. Capture this separately from optional marketing consent.
