About ICM Academy

ICM Academy is a professional training program established by ICM Management USA to prepare the next generation of international artist managers.

Led by experienced artist managers and professionals in the classical music industry, the program connects essential knowledge with the real-world decisions involved in artist representation, international booking, negotiations, and long-term career planning for artists.

Through live online sessions, practical case studies, and in-person workshops in Seoul, participants learn how the international classical music industry works and develop the practical skills needed in artist management.
